Playing our games
By downloading or playing a game from Urbe Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play — no hard feelings.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not resell, rent, modify, reverse-engineer or republish the games or their assets.
What belongs to whom
The games, their names, characters, artwork, music and code belong to Urbe Studio. Recordings of your own gameplay are yours to share freely, including on monetised channels and streams.
Purchases
Today our games are free to play, with no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. If we introduce any of those, the terms and any prices will be shown clearly before you spend anything.
No promises of perfection
The games are provided as they are. We test a lot, but we cannot guarantee that they will run flawlessly on every device, or that your best score will survive a phone reset.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urbe Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our games. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game, which today is nothing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio grows. The date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
